Keep your HVAC system running efficiently year-round with scheduled preventative maintenance designed to reduce costly breakdowns, improve performance, and extend equipment life. Includes seasonal furnace and A/C tune-ups, system safety inspections, priority scheduling, and discounts on repairs. $20/month — $240/year, billed simply.

Keep your HVAC system running efficiently year-round with scheduled preventative maintenance designed to help reduce costly breakdowns, improve performance, and extend equipment life. Most HVAC failures happen at the coldest and hottest times of the year, when service companies are busiest — and that’s exactly when you don’t want to be calling around for help. A planned tune-up in Spring and Fall catches the issues that would otherwise turn into an emergency on the worst possible day.

For $20 a month ($240 a year), you get two full seasonal tune-ups: a Spring A/C tune-up before cooling season, and a Fall furnace tune-up before heating season. Each visit covers a detailed checklist — refrigerant, electrical, combustion safety, blower components, thermostat operation — that catches the failure points we see most often. Plan members also get priority scheduling, a reduced diagnostic fee, 10% off repairs, and no overtime or after-hours fees when something does come up between visits.

Beyond the immediate cost savings, regular maintenance compounds over time: it keeps your manufacturer warranty intact (most manufacturers require documented service to honor a claim), can add three to five years of efficient use to your system’s working life, keeps moving parts lubricated so motors draw less electricity and wear more slowly, and clears the dust and debris that quietly chokes airflow until rooms stop feeling even. It’s the lowest-effort thing you can do to make an HVAC investment last — and for residential homes, commercial businesses, schools, and government buildings alike, it’s the difference between a system that holds up for fifteen years and one that quietly fails at ten.

Common questions

How often do you visit under the plan?

Twice a year — once in the Spring for a full A/C tune-up before cooling season, and once in the Fall for a furnace tune-up before heating season. Both visits follow detailed checklists so nothing gets skipped.

What do the plan benefits actually save me?

Plan members get priority scheduling, a reduced diagnostic fee, 10% off any repair, and no overtime or after-hours fees on emergency calls between visits. For most homes, a single avoided emergency call pays for the plan for a full year.

Can I sign up if my system is already old?

Yes. Older systems benefit most from regular maintenance because catching small issues early prevents the failures that take an aging system over the edge. We’ll do a baseline inspection on the first visit and tell you honestly what to expect.

What if you find something during an inspection that needs repair?

We’ll show you what we found, explain the priority (urgent vs. monitor), and quote the repair. The inspection itself is included in the plan; repairs are billed at our standard rates with 10% off for plan members.
